You control all support/back office functionalities in the area of customer support, processes and energy industry issues. You ensure functioning operational processes to the customer and within the system landscape (Prospect2Invoice); for electricity, gas, household and commercial customers. You ensure operational excellence and preventing customer churn.

  • You establish and develop the customer service area and, linked to this, control and monitor of external service providers/call centers.    
  • You create and optimize processes and customer care in the areas of supplier change, customer service (including complaint management), accounting, financial accounting, dunning and collection).       
  • You create measures for customer retention and customer acquisition.
  • You implement and monitor of market communication; maintenance of the market partner database and EDIFACT master data
  • You are the Interface to the CRM software management/marketing/sales areas; key-user Power cloud.   
  • You assume projects in the marketing and sales area Energy Retail.

  • You have successfully completed your training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or your studies in business administration and have several years of professional experience in the described field of activity.
  • You have experience in project management and project leadership.
  • You have relevant expert knowledge of Energy management processes, Sales & Marketing and technical & methodological competence.
  • You are characterized by a systematic, analytical and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You convince with a high result orientation and your strong communication skills.
  • You are a real team player and can organize yourself very well.
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and the ability to problem solve and collaborate with other departments to find a solution.
  • You have very good MS Office skills, especially Egon/Joules and good SAP and power cloud skills.
  • Business-fluent spoken and written German and English skills complete your profile.
