We have recently opened our first publicly available Twinner Station in Berlin to gain recognition and adaption of our services in the consumer segment.
Our first and new Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d) will join at an exciting time and play a pivotal role in building digital marketing programs and ensuring the steady growth of their performance. They will partner closely with other marketing and sales functions and infuse data-driven planning and decision-making practices across the Growth organisation. . Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns, database marketing, etc. in line with growth priorities and brand plans
- Setting up the metrics, analytics, and tooling for assessing the performance of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating useful data sets to feed the data-driven decision making of the growth organisation (sales, business development, marketing)
- Making continuous recommendations on improving consumer engagement and conversion based on consumer behaviour analytics and insights
- Developing our content marketing strategy and work with external partners (ghost-writers, designers, etc.) to create engaging content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey
- Planning and allocating the digital marketing budget to continuously optimise consumer acquisition cost
- Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders
Key requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrable knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing with emphasise on performance marketing, best practices and tooling, analytical and content marketing tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both German and English
- Biweekly visits to the Twinner Station (currently in Berlin)
- Experience in e-commerce like retail or similar and car sales are a huge plus
- Creative thinker, bold experimenter, fun-loving personality
